Entry fee

The marathon is £57.50 for affiliated club runners and £59.50 for all other entrants. It is open to entrants aged 18 and over on 19/10/2025. Our entries are powered by Eventrac.

Entry confirmation

When you submit your online entry, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that you have entered the race. Check your details and contact us if anything is incorrect.

Race pack and timing chip

Race packs will be sent out approximately 3 weeks before the race.

Conditions and personal data acceptance

Please note that by entering this race, you agree to accept the terms and conditions set out on this website and the eventrac race entry page.

You also consent to the storing, sharing (with the race organisers and official third-party suppliers) and use of your contact details (email address, telephone number, mobile number and postal address) provided on this entry form for the purposes of delivering all services associated with this year’s Abingdon Marathon, including, but not limited to, publishing your race entry and results data on the website.

Oxfordshire County Marathon Championships

Read the Oxfordshire qualification requirements to ensure you qualify for entry into the Oxfordshire Marathon Championships. Oxfordshire Athletics will contact all entrants for the Oxfordshire Marathon Championships to confirm their entry.

Deferral and refund policy

We do not operate a deferral policy. However, if you took out the refund protection insurance policy when you entered the race, you may be able to claim on this (subject to the policy terms and conditions).

The standard race policy is that no refunds will be issued. However, we do have a pregnancy deferral/refund policy.

Transferring your place

Transferring your race number to another runner is possible once the race is full. If you wish to transfer your place assuming the race is full, you can start the process by looking into your account on Eventrac and following the instructions. The transfer window will close approximately five weeks before race day.
